Payment
Full payment is taken at the time of booking. Payment via credit card will incur a 1.75% credit card processing fee.

LayBy Payments
Payments will be taken on a monthly basis at the agreed amount via a direct charge to the card used for the initial payment. We will reserve the appropriate number of nights and confirm your dates upon final payment being made. Payment via credit card will incur a 1.75% credit card processing fee in addition to the monthly payment.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations will incur a $100 administration and rebooking fee to cover expenses.
Less than two months prior to arrival: 50%
Should there be a natural disaster or epidemic illness such as corvid-19 Gilberton Outback Retreat refund guests in full (less the administration fee of $100 as mentioned above).
